1. Do we need to wear socks?

Yes, we’re a socks-only centre to keep our play areas clean and safe. You can bring your own or purchase a pair for £2 on the day

 

        2. Can I leave my child?

No — an adult must stay with the child at all times. We’re a stay-and-play centre, so grown-ups join in the fun too!

 

    3. Do you have a lift?

Not currently. Our upstairs area is accessible by stairs only.

 

          4. Can I walk in without booking?

No. All sessions must be pre-booked online before visiting as we do not accept walk-ins.

 

                  5. Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Outside food or drinks are not permitted.- we offer a small selection of snacks and drinks available to buy.

6. Is there parking nearby?

There is a free car park just a 1-minute walk away from the centre.

 

7. How long are your sessions?

Each session is 1 hour long.

 

8. Are SEN children welcome?

Absolutely — and we also run SEN-only sessions on weekdays from 9:30am–10:30am.

 

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We are a card-only centre.

 

10. Can I bring a pram inside?

Yes — but prams must be folded once inside due to space and safety.

 

11. What if I’m running late?

Please let us know as soon as possible.

Sessions run on a set schedule, and we cannot extend your slot if you arrive late

12.  Are staff DBS checked?
Yes. All staff are DBS checked and first aid trained.
